We are so excited to welcome coach David Roche back to the show. After recent races that didn't go according to plan, David will help Kim and I reexamine our failures as successes. This is a great chance to look at experiences in a new and positive light, something I'm sure we can all learn from!

Ultrarunner, race director and youtuber, Jamil Coury, will be joining us to recap his experience at the inaugural Whistler Alpine Meadows 100 miler! Kim will also be recapping her experience in the 100k distance. Such a brutal event, I'm sure they'll both have some stories to share!

The 2019 Headlands 100 was my first step back to the distance since Cascade Crest 100 in 2015. It wasn't the ending I'd hoped for, but was far beyond my expectations.

The amazing Courtney Dauwalter, 2019 UTMB Champion, will be joining us on the show today to chat all about her overcoming injury at Western States to win the UTMB this year. What an amazing athlete - we can't wait to find out more!

Our dear friend, Yassine Diboun, just returned from running around Mont Blanc in the CCC 100k at UTMB this past weekend. His experience was deeply memorable and we're excited to hear all about it.
